I have plans to start Pilates Mat work classes and Falls-prevention classes  very soon. 

To register you interest in any of these courses, please contact us.

  • Pilates. I will shortly offer beginner and intermediate Stott Pilates classes in which you will be taught exercises that will help you tone your abdominals, arms, legs, and strengthen your back. The exercises will help to restore muscle balance and in doing that they will combat neck, back and shoulder pain, they help to optimize movement patterns and prevent problems arising.
  • Falls programme. this is a group class aimed at people who have experienced falls or near-falls. they contain of balance and strengthening exercises aimed at the over 70's. They will help to regain confidence to walk. Numerous studies have proven the benefits of such interventions and that being participants regain strength balance, are less fearful of falling and all of this will increase their quality of life.
